Augusztus 7-én Plácido Domingo a legendás Terme di Caracalla-ban egy különleges ünnepi estén, a "Noche Española".
A Jordi Bernàcer által vezetett estén Ana María Martínez szoprán és Arturo Chacón-Cruz tenor egy klasszikus zarzuela és spanyol zene estén énekel. Az énekeseket kíséri a Római Operaház Zenekara és az Antonio Gades Dance Company of Madrid.
A 212 és 216 között épült Caracalla fürdője a világ legnagyobb termálfürdője. Majdnem 30 évvel ezelőtt a híres romok az eredeti Three Tenors koncert hátterét jelentették Plácido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti, José Carreras és Zubin Mehta karmester.

GALA PLÁCIDO DOMINGO AT TERME DI CARACALLA
On August 7, Plácido Domingo performs at the legendary Terme di Caracalla for a special gala evening, “Noche Española.”
Conducted by Jordi Bernàcer, the evening also features soprano Ana María Martínez and tenor Arturo Chacón-Cruz in an evening of zarzuela and Spanish classical music. The singers will be accompanied by the Rome Opera Theater Orchestra and the Antonio Gades Dance Company of Madrid.
Built between 212 and 216 AD, the Baths of Caracalla are among the largest thermal baths in the world. Almost 30 years ago, the famous ruins marked the backdrop for the original Three Tenors concert featuring Plácido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti, José Carreras and conductor Zubin Mehta.
